Top 3 ("we," "our," or "the app") is a goal-setting application operated by Scott Kingston. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account information: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
- Goals: The goals you create, their completion status, anchors, obstacles, and bare minimums. If you use the app without an account, goals are stored locally on your device only.
- Subscription data: If you subscribe to Pro, we store your subscription status and payment provider ID. We do not store credit card numbers — payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy.
- Waitlist emails: If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and which feature prompted your interest.
- Usage data: We may collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g., feature usage counts) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Top 3 app experience.
- To manage your subscription and send account-related emails.
- To notify waitlist members when Pro launches.
- We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (goals, subscription records) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or ask questions about this policy at any time by emailing privacy@top3app.io.
Cookies
Top 3 uses essential cookies only (authentication session). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
