Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Top 3 ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Top 3 is operated by Scott Kingston ("we," "our").

The service

Top 3 is a goal-setting application that helps you focus on your top 3 priorities. The free tier includes daily, tomorrow, and weekly goal periods with anchor timing. The Pro tier includes additional features such as monthly and custom periods, obstacle tracking, and bare minimum definitions.

Accounts

• You may use the app without an account. Goals will be stored locally on your device.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Pro subscription

• Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy.
• You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@top3app.io within 14 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal.

Your content

• You own your goals and all content you create in the app.
• We do not claim any ownership over your content.
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to you as part of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application.

Availability

We strive to keep the app available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

Limitation of liability

Top 3 is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@top3app.io.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.
